While other acts at the time were playing garage band music, Blue Canoe were performing their original music and dreamy lyrics. Included on the album is a Twin Cities radio hit, Future Legends, as well as the epic River of Love, the song that takes the listener though magical soundscapes. The Minneapolis, Minnesota based band members included the late Arnie Rode on Lead Vocals and Guitars, Carey Lifson on Keyboards, Guitars and Back-up Vocals, Randy Davis on Bass, Back-Up Vocals, and Vlasis on Guitars and Drums.
